Calendar
The residential Academies and their public forums are the structural events of the year. Around them sit salons, reading groups, lectures, concerts and dinners, most of them small by design.

Spring 2027
Central Switzerland, Switzerland
Academy
The first residential Academy. Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, roughly forty fellows, primary-text seminars, sessions on contemporary self-government, culture and formal graduation.
Summer 2027
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Forum
The first cohort brings its work into public argument: papers, panels and an open session with an invited audience.

Zug, Switzerland
Lecture
A public lecture on the association's founding premise, followed by discussion and a reception.

Vienna, Austria
Salon
An evening on a single chapter, prepared in advance and discussed at length. Numbers are kept small on purpose.
Winter 2027
Lucerne, Switzerland
Concert
Live classical performance followed by dinner. Culture is treated here as part of formation rather than as an interval between sessions.

Salon
Four evenings across the season, reading the critical tradition at first hand and asking what can be said in reply.
Several of these occasions are held by invitation. Registering for correspondence is the usual way to hear about them.
