What this sitecollects, and why.

Information you give us

Three forms on this site collect information: the correspondence subscription, the contact form, and the registration of interest in the Renaissance Academy. Each collects only what it needs, and each states what it is for at the point of asking.

What it is used for

An email address given for correspondence is used to send that correspondence and nothing else. A message sent through the contact form is used to answer it. A registration of interest is used to correspond with you about a forthcoming Academy and to assess the composition of a cohort.

Nothing submitted here is sold, and nothing is passed to third parties for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

Correspondence subscriptions are kept until you leave the list, which every message allows in one step. Enquiries and registrations are kept for as long as the matter they concern is live, and are then removed.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no third-party tracking scripts. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads.

Your rights

You may ask what the association holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the association through the contact page and the request will be answered.
